Low-flow shower head listings are are now sortable by ratings, gpm (flow rates) and average price. Prices, availability and features are subject to change and we will do our best to keep this list up to date.
FYI: Even though 2.5gpm showerheads are considered “low flow”, they’re also the maximum allowed flow rate for shower heads sold in the United States. Because of this, we’ve removed 2.5gpm shower heads from this list and will focus on shower heads that use fewer gallons per minute.
Key:
- GPM – Gallons Per Minute rate or the flow rate of the showerhead. Lower is better for water savings.
- Price – $ = up to $10, approximately. So, “$” means $0-$10, “$$” means $10-$20 and so forth. Prices based on selling price on Amazon at the time added here.
- Rating – The average showerhead user rating on Amazon.com. We will attempt to create our own rating system in the future.
If you know of a low-flow showerhead not on our comparison list, please let us know and we’ll consider adding it to our list.
